I sometimes I cut the wooden wick in half so having extra clips comes in handy to use the other half of the wooden wick. I learned that by holding the wooden wick with my thumb on the thick side lets the wick slip right into the clip.

Fit the wood wicks and held perfectly. Will purchase again.

Overall was an okay experience. I had a little trouble with keeping some of the wooden wicks lit. But I think I will need more time to evaluate and rest more candles before I can leave an efficient review.

I have been buying wooden wicks and clips from another company, their recommendation for the container candles we pour is a huge wide wick that burns too hot and fast. The guide on Northwood recommended a much smaller wick that works so much better than what we were using. The price is good too!

I have tried many different wooden wick... this company by far has been the best! Loved being able to try the different wicks they had with their sample pack. The clips are a great idea for wood wicks it’s just hard to actually get the wick inside the clip. I gave up after a few wicks chipped trying to insert them and decided to use hot glue instead.

These clips are perfect. I use three wicks per candle and I can turn a pack of 100 wicks into 300 with these clips!!!!

Great product. I use them for every wood wick candle I make.

All it takes is prying it open with your fingernail and wick can slip right in. If it wasn't this tight it probably would not support the wick as well as it does. Just ordered more.

I love this company, so tried buying my wood wicks and clips from Northwood instead of my other supplier, but these clips are such a pain to try to use. I break more wicks trying to insert them, and have to use a knife to pry apart the opening to get a wick into it. Wicks should just slide into the clips with gentle pressure, that is not the case with these. The wicks themselves are great, but these clips are awful.

I was very excited when the product came in. I started to make my candles and after dipping my wooden wicks in the wax and letting them dry I went to insert them in the tabs. I have damaged more than used them. They tend to damage when attempting to put the wicks in them. I have to literally take my time getting the wicks in and have to be careful not to open them too much or the tabs get lose and don't grip right. Overall I will not buy again. The process was fast and delivery was timely but this product is more of a headache. I will be using the ones that I use to.
