We ship most orders from Belle Plaine, Minnesota using trusted carriers. Below you’ll find how rates are calculated, processing estimates, and options to protect your shipment.

Rates & Carriers

• Calculated rates: Based on order weight, box size, and distance.
• We pass along discounted rates we receive from UPS, USPS, and DHL.
• At fulfillment, we may choose a faster or more cost-effective carrier than the one selected, unless you leave a note requesting a specific carrier.

Processing Times

• Carrier delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include our processing time.
• Delivery timelines are not guaranteed once in the carrier’s hands.

Shipping Insurance

• Optional insurance is available at checkout to cover loss or damage in transit.
• Insurance does not cover carrier delivery delays or orders marked as delivered.
• If you opt out of insurance, we cannot replace/refund packages lost or damaged in transit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours and only if fulfillment has not begun.
• Cancellation fee: $10 + 5% of the order total (covers labor and payment processing fees).
• Edits within 24 hours via email; first edit is free, additional edits are $5 each.

International Shipping

• We ship to Canada, Mexico, and select countries.
• Buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees. Ensure your items can be imported via the selected method.
• Packages returned for non-payment/rejection by customs are not refundable. Re-shipment incurs additional charges.
• Using a freight forwarder? Please inspect and report any issues before forwarding outside the U.S.
