Welcome to NorthWood Candle & Craft, your go-to source for premium candle making supplies and DIY craft materials! Since 2010, we’ve been creating high-quality candles, and in 2016 we expanded to offer professional-grade candle, soap, and cosmetic components to makers like you—at wholesale prices.

We pride ourselves on selling the same high-quality materials we use in our own manufacturing, including:

• Professional-quality soap bases and bath bomb molds
• Candle wicks, wax blends, and colorants

Location: Our warehouse is located in downtown Belle Plaine, just outside Minneapolis, MN. We do not have a retail store at this time.

Safety Disclaimer

Your safety is important! NorthWood Candle & Craft is not responsible for finished products made with our supplies. Always follow proper usage guidelines, product warnings, and safety procedures.

• Wooden wicks: Burn performance varies based on wax blend, fragrance, color, and container size. Crackle levels are not guaranteed.
• Patents: Wood wicks are patent-protected. Sellers must follow labeling requirements (lumetique.com/patents).

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Ordering Policies

• Final Sale: All orders are final once submitted.
• Small Orders: Orders under $20 include a $4.95 processing fee.
• Address Accuracy: Verify shipping details before ordering. Incorrect addresses may cause delays, lost packages, and additional charges.
• Eco-Friendly: We may combine multiple orders to reduce packaging waste. Please recycle whenever possible.
• Order Add Ons: under $25 subject to $5 fee.

🎁 Free Samples: Most orders include a complimentary sample—add a note if you prefer none.

Fragrance Oil Policies

• Final Sale: All fragrance and essential oil purchases are final.
• Test First: Always test fragrance compatibility in small batches.
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for product testing, labeling, and regulatory compliance.

Inventory & Product Policies

• We strive to maintain accurate inventory. Out-of-stock items may be backordered, partially shipped, or refunded.
• Prices are limited to stock on hand; supplier price changes do not affect already processed orders.
• Some large-quantity items are counted by weight, which may result in a rare 1–2 piece discrepancy. Contact us within 7 days if this occurs.

Payments & Tax

• Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Shopify Pay, or business check (may delay shipment).
• Sales Tax: Collected in select states. Tax-exempt customers must submit a valid certificate after creating a customer account.

Processing & Shipping

• Check the status bar for current processing times.
• Delays may occur during holidays, weekends, or high-volume periods.
• Shipping times are estimated; carriers handle delivery once your order leaves our warehouse.
• 💡 Shipping Insurance: Protect your packages from damage or loss. Opt-in during checkout.
• International Orders: Shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs paperwork. Packages shipped through freight forwarding are the customer’s responsibility once delivered to the forwarder.

Coupons, Discounts & Rewards

• Coupons: One per order; not valid on bulk quantities or past orders.
• Buy More, Save More: Discounts may not combine during special promotions.
• Rewards Program: Earn points automatically via email. Points expire after 12 months.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

• Order Changes: Email within 24 hours; first edit (or add on over $25) free, additional edits $5 each.
• Cancellations: Must occur within 24 hours; $10 fee + 5% of order total may apply.
• Returns: Accepted within 21 days for new, unopened items. Non-returnable: fragrance oils, cosmetic supplies, soap making ingredients, mica, and glitter.
• Restocking Fee: 15% for approved returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Out-of-Stock Items & Bulk Policies

• If an item is out of stock, we will ship available products and fulfill the rest when restocked.
• Bulk items: Coupons are not valid for 25 lb fragrance oils or 5,000+ wick orders. Contact us for bulk discounts.
