Securely hold your candle wicks in place with these super-sticky candle glue dots. These glue dots were designed just for candlemaking. Simply attach a glue dot to your wick tab, center the wick in your container, and press down. These candle glue dots create a permanent seal that will hold your wicks securely in place.
Glue dots are excellent for glass candle containers. Depending on the coating used, glue dots can also be effective on other types of candle vessels as well. Glue dots can stick to metal, glass, plastic, paper, foam, wood and more.

Once they on there that’s it lol. U can’t reuse the jar because the glue hard to get off. So if u want security u got it with these

The glue dots are awesome. It gives the wick a lower profile. I love my new snowflake mold. It makes the perfect size wax melts.

I bought these as my first kit didn't come with anything to adhere the wicks to the vessels. They work best if they are pressed really well to the vessel and allowed to sit at least 5 minutes before pouring the wax.
I didn't like them, too sticky and hard to work with. I will stick to my glue gun.
These glue stickers are the worst. As soon as you pour the wax in your container, they come loose. I tried them on several different vessels, even poured the wax cooler. They do not stick.
These work better than another brand of glue dots I’ve tried, and MUCH better than the stickers that originally came with a candle starter kit. Not too tricky to remove from the roll, and very reliable at sticking to the bottom while pouring wax.
As soon as the hot wax was poured, the wicks started moving. This didn’t work at all!!
I used these for the first time today and once I poured the wax in the tin, the wick just started floating. I did t 3 candles and all did the same.

Sometimes they don't stick properly and I have a floating wick. Works better than not using them, but not excellent and fully reliable.
I love these dots but they are tricky to get off the paper. Lol.
I've used on glass containers and the wick probably only adheres 50% of the time. I've had SO many where the wax is poured and the wick comes floating away from the bottom and the glue dot is just suspended in the wax. Would not recommend.

I listened to reviews from some favorite candle makers on YouTube, and my experience was similar. I will probably only use these glue dots to test things like scent throw, wick testing, and duration of burn time. These were difficult to keep attached to the bottom of my containers, and I would hate to sell a candle that could be a potential fire hazard. But for personal testing purposes, these are affordable adhesives to use.
I mainly use glue dots when I am conducting personal test burns for things such as burn time, hot throw, and wick testing. When I am creating a candle for a customer, I prefer a stronger adhesive because the glue dots can be hit or miss and frequently detach, which could be a potential fire hazard!

These are great! They help to keep the wick where you want it.
Ok adhesive for candle making, but do not pour at high temperature, the wick will detached. Hit or miss. Overall great product for various needs.
I wanted so badly for these to work, unfortunately they don’t at all. I bought 300 of them and I’m sad to say almost every. single. one. came up when it came time to set the wicks. I tried everything over these last few weeks to make them work better but fell short each time. It was beyond frustrating and somehow it only managed to ruin 10 candles out of the hundreds I’ve made and sold. I LOVE every single other product I use through NorthWood but unfortunately these glue dots will never be purchased by us again. If there’s some sort of trick to make them stick that I don’t know about I’d love to try. We tried heating the jars up, we tried using 2 at a time, three at a time. We let them sit overnight. Nothing worked. Disappointed but that won’t stop me from buying all loving all of the other products I love and use from you!

Purchased the glue dots to go along with the stainless steel wick tabs, and the two worked really well. Once the glue dot set, it did not budge, so make sure you know exactly where you’re placing them before you do. Really liked that they were nontoxic and appreciated the quality of these and the wick tabs. Thank you for the little gifts that came with my purchase, along with the handwritten “Thank You!” and quick shipping. I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time ordering from Northsupply, but am glad I did. Such a wonderful company to do business with.
