I wasn't sure what to expect with this fragrance with the note of citrus being present. Don't let that fool you! It is a wonderfully complex scent that I can only relate it to being in a meditation temple. It is woodsy, musky, but still has a crisp lightness so it isn't overwhelming (I'm guessing from the lemon). Most definitely perfect for candles, but I can also see this being a masculine fragrance for men's soap and other body care products.
