I ordered 6 cases with gold lids. The gold, not pictured here is not the best gold - it looks a little cheap, however it works. Unfortunately ALL of the bottles came with black tops already on them, as well as the plastic stoppers already in the bottles. The gold lids were packaged separately without stoppers, so I had to take the time to peel off all of the plastic stoppers, many of which have cuts in them, and now I have to figure out how to get replacements. (they did not break when I was taking them off, which is nice, they look like they had knife cuts in them).
They also were packaged directly from China and not unpacked or checked. Each large box I received only had 3 cases in it and was filled to the brim with an unfortunate amount of very non eco-friendly styrofoam peanuts, which I didn't think anyone used anymore. Pretty disappointing, considering Northwood is marketing that their diffuser base and reeds as eco-friendly.
Overall, these are nice, but the packaging needs some serious improvement.
