The room spray base is simply considered a fragrance compound and only needs to be labeled as ‘fragrance’.
This room and body spray base product is in compliance with the standards of the International Fragrance Association, provided the fragrance is used in the above application (s) at the noted maximum concentration level(s).
The "Maximum Use Level for Skin Exposure" is the amount of fragrance, flavor and essential oil that can come in contact with the skin. It does not mean that your base product can perform at these levels. You must test each oil in each application for evaluation of desired performance. Baby products have lower use levels than those listed above.

It’s a smell in it that over powers the fragrances, it’s kind of oily , but I’m not sure if it’s this base or the perfume base I used both. I mixed the fragrance with the perfume base first ( to keep it from turning cloudy )

This is THE ONLY BODY and ROOM SPRAY BASE that I use!! It's clear and it lingers for hours!! My clients always rave about how long g it last!!
Disappointed with this room spray, I can't sell my room sprays with this product, after testing it left a slick oil residue on the floors which is a slip Hazzard, this product is way to oily to be a room spray
There is no value to wholesale buyers to buy the product if ingredients are trade secret and cannot be shared for us to be able to ensure they are mentioned on final product, it's mandatory by LAW that we share these information with our clients, therefore, no, I am fine with my current supplier, at least, I can cover myself when a lawsuit comes my way.
Takes all the guess work out of a mixing a base so that’s amazing. Took off 1 star bc it has an oiliness to it so be cautious of spraying onto clothing or thin material
It’s clear in most FO’s, but I ordered this on a recommendation of someone else and didn’t I read into the fact that they don’t list the ingredients. Which is unfortunate, I have to find another base because I have to know the ingredients.
This room spray is the best it’s a little more expensive than most but it definitely stays clear w every fragrance oil and last longer I am happy I tried this one my only concern like everyone else is labeling but overall I love it and would recommend it and will definitely purchase again
I enjoy using this product, works well all of of scented oils, however I can not sell those product to due to listed ingredients. I complete understand keeping it a secret.

This is the best base for room and body sprays that I have tried.Its smells great with any fragrance oil and stays clear not cloudy.Its very easy to work with.Im in love with this base.I cant wait to make more with this.

So I love it, it’s perfect for my room and body sprays, how ever a bottle of room spray I made spilled into my bag and it started to break down the vegan leather on my bag, it completely changed the texture and now it looks like it’s going to start peeling.. this particular bag is less than 3 months old .. and was in perfect condition before the spill
I'm so sad! I absolutely LOVE this base for making room and body spray for my business. Seriously the best I have found. Unfortunately I will not be able to use it and the search continues. Labeling laws for body sprays require a full ingredient list which is not provided. I understand not divulging percentages per proprietary information, however not being able to create an ingredient list in unfortunate and was a costly mistake on my part. I guess you live and learn!
This is my umpteenth time ordering the Northwood base and that's because it's the best. I've tried others and they leave a chemical smell in the spray, which defeats the purpose of having a good smelling room spray in the first place. I love that it's also skin-safe so you can expand your product's reach! It also holds fragrance super well and you can smell the scent down the hall long after it's sprayed.

It’s a good base, but not what I was expecting. I had to use way to much fragrance oil to cover up the smell of the base. It mixes well and can take a large fragrance load, but I don’t like using more oil than what’s needed. I ordered this base because my usual supplier was out of stock and this base costs triple what I pay.
