Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your supplies. If something’s not right, we’ll help you make it right—within the guidelines below.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for new, unused items in their original packaging.
  • Authorization required: Please email customercare@northwoodcandle.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns aren’t eligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return (for hygienic/safety reasons)

  • Fragrance oils & essential oils
  • Soap & cosmetic making supplies
  • Micas, glitter, pigments, powders (incl. fluorescent & glow)
  • Any item intended for body products/cosmetic use
  • Special order, custom, or surplus items

Refunds & Fees

  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order originally qualified for “free shipping,” we deduct our actual shipping cost from the refund.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days: If your order arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, email customercare@northwoodcandle.com within 7 days of delivery. Save all original packaging and contents for carrier inspection/claims.

  • We’ll review and, at our discretion, refund or replace eligible items.
  • Damage/shortages must be reported before items are transferred to a third party or new location.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered,” please contact the carrier directly. We’re unable to refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
