Even though the wicks didn't work out for my wax, customer service and fast shipping is always great! These wicks are so interesting and I really like how they open up into a flower shape when they burn. It's pretty. They are great for larger vessels and hard to wick wax. The downside with these wicks for me- you cannot "pinch" the bloom off like many other wicks, you have to trim it with scissors or a wick clipper. The bloom has to be 100% removed or the flame is wild and smoky on the re-light. All in all, these wicks are pretty cool and can be great under the right circumstance.
